$5,000,000.00 Proof of Insurance must be supplied prior to the pick-up of equipment. A certificate of insurance naming Trailcon Leasing Inc. as an additional insured and loss payee is required. A non-refundable administration fee of $50.00 per month, plus the cost of Trailcon's insurance, will be charged if not received. By signing this credit application, you give Trailcon Leasing Inc. authorization to obtain bank, trade and credit reference information for the purpose of reviewing and assessing creditworthiness in setting up an account with Trailcon Leasing Inc.
